These terms apply to products sold on this site by Linsey Jones trading as Inspiring ELF ("we", "us").

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. For most orders Stripe also acts as the seller of record and handles customer service enquiries about payments and returns.

The Calm Day List is a one-off purchase for personal use and does not expire. Calm Day Chat replies are credits that do not expire. Each AI reply uses one credit.

The Calm Day Chat is an AI tool for everyday support. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or professional advice. In an emergency, call 999.

You must not share, resell or redistribute our content. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
